Medium to full purple-red; both the bouquet and palate have an extra dimension of fruit complexity and depth, reflecting the fact that it is a blend of ten components selected from 160 separate high quality parcels earmarked for possible inclusion.
The palate has a silky, supple smoothness, the oak evident but in no way excessive.
The 53 per cent Cabernet Sauvignon component comes mainly from McLaren Vale, the 47 per cent Shiraz mainly from the Barossa, the balance from Langhorne Creek.
